LEGAL COMPLIANCE & PROHIBITED PRODUCTS POLICY

This Legal Compliance & Prohibited Products Policy (“Policy”) applies to all entities that create a account, list any product, service or content on the Platform, or otherwise use the Platform for commercial visibility purposes (“Company”). By creating a Company Account, initiating a Membership purchase or submitting any listing, the Company irrevocably confirms acceptance of and full compliance with this Policy, without limitation.

This Policy constitutes an integral and inseparable part of the Terms & Conditions and the Membership Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions prevail, followed by this Policy.

1 GENERAL LEGAL COMPLIANCE REPRESENTATION

The Company represents, warrants and undertakes that:

  • It is duly organized, legally established and authorized to conduct business in the jurisdiction(s) in which it operates;
  • Its business activities, marketing, sourcing, distribution, export and publication fully comply with all national laws and regulations, international treaties and conventions, sanctions, export-control regimes and customs regulations;
  • All products listed on the Platform (“Listed Products”) are lawful to produce, market, sell, promote, display, export, import and advertise in: the jurisdiction where the Company is located; the jurisdiction(s) of potential buyers, and the jurisdiction where the Platform operates.

⚠️ The Company assumes full, exclusive and unconditional legal responsibility for the legality and regulatory compliance of its Listed Products.

The Platform does not verify, validate or guarantee the legality, origin, ownership, safety or regulatory conformity of any information or product listed by the Company.

2 PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED PRODUCT CATEGORIES

The Company shall not — directly or indirectly — list, promote, disguise, partially disclose or attempt to place on the Platform any item falling within prohibited or highly regulated categories. These include, without limitation:

(A) WEAPONS, MILITARY SYSTEMS & EXPLOSIVE DEVICES

  • firearms, ammunition, rockets, explosives, tactical weapons,
  • missile, defense, guidance or launch systems,
  • weapon parts, ballistic accessories, sabotage devices.

(B) CHEMICAL, BIOLOGICAL, RADIOLOGICAL AND NUCLEAR (CBRN) MATERIALS

  • chemical warfare agents (nerve, blister, blood, choking agents),
  • biological pathogens, toxins, biological agents, delivery systems,
  • radioactive materials, isotopes, nuclear triggering devices, precursors,
  • nuclear reactors, enriched uranium, plutonium, centrifuge parts.

(C) DUAL-USE MATERIALS FOR MILITARY OR HARMFUL PURPOSES

  • laboratory/industrial equipment designed or modified for weaponization,
  • drone, satellite or navigation systems for targeting,
  • materials repurposable for explosive, chemical or biological attacks.

(D) SURVEILLANCE / ESPIONAGE / CYBER INTRUSION TOOLS

  • military-grade surveillance equipment,
  • interception equipment, IMSI catchers, covert audio/video spying systems,
  • malware, ransomware, exploit kits, tools for unauthorized data access.

(E) SANCTIONED, EMBARGOED OR ILLICIT GOODS

  • items restricted under UN, EU, OFAC or national sanctions,
  • goods sourced from embargoed or conflict regions,
  • cryptocurrency tools for sanctions evasion or money laundering.

(F) COUNTERFEIT, UNAUTHORIZED OR STOLEN GOODS

  • replicas without authorization,
  • grey-market items violating distribution agreements,
  • stolen or diverted cargo or assets.

(G) ILLEGAL OR HIGH-RISK CONSUMER GOODS

  • narcotics, controlled drugs or psychoactives,
  • human organs and biological materials,
  • wildlife trafficking, endangered species or derivatives.

(H) PRODUCTS DESIGNED TO FACILITATE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

  • tools predominantly used for burglary, sabotage or personal injury,
  • products whose essential purpose is to enable crime, harm or violence.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive. Any product that is illegal in any relevant jurisdiction or poses material public safety risk is deemed prohibited.

3 INTERNATIONAL ARMS CONTROL & TREATY ALIGNMENT

The Platform enforces compliance with international arms-control agreements, including but not limited to:

⛔ Any violation of these restrictions results in immediate and irreversible enforcement action.

4 EVASIVE OR DECEPTIVE LISTING METHODS — ZERO TOLERANCE

The Company may not attempt to bypass the Policy by:

  • mislabeling prohibited products,
  • partial or incomplete disclosure,
  • disguising items via code-names or category manipulation,
  • uploading components separately to avoid detection.

Any such behavior constitutes intentional circumvention and triggers severe enforcement measures.

5 ENFORCEMENT MEASURES

Upon breach — or reasonable suspicion of breach — the Platform may, at its sole discretion and without refund, credit or compensation:

  • immediately remove relevant listings;
  • suspend or permanently terminate the Company account;
  • invalidate unused subscription periods;
  • prohibit future access to the Platform;
  • notify appropriate authorities (law enforcement, customs, regulatory agencies, sanctions authorities) where legally permitted or required.

All civil, administrative, criminal and financial consequences arising from non-compliance rest solely and exclusively with the Company.

6 INDEMNIFICATION

The Company agrees to fully defend, indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from and against any and all claims, regulatory actions, fines, investigations, damages, losses, penalties, liabilities or legal fees of any kind that arise from or relate — directly or indirectly — to the Company’s listings, products or business activities performed through or in connection with the Platform.

7 PLATFORM LIABILITY DISCLAIMER & CONTENT REVIEW

The Platform has no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the legality, authenticity, safety, origin or intellectual-property compliance of any Company listing and does not act as a seller, broker, agent, intermediary, guarantor or validator. The Platform has no obligation to actively monitor or pre-screen any listing; however, it reserves the right—without assuming any duty to do so—to conduct automated or manual compliance reviews and audits whenever deemed necessary, and if unlawful or prohibited content is detected or reasonably suspected, the Platform may immediately remove such content, suspend or terminate the Company account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

8 CONTINUING COMPLIANCE OBLIGATION

Compliance with this Policy is a continuing and ongoing obligation. The Company must promptly update or remove any Listed Product if:

  • its legal status changes,
  • new sanctions or safety regulations come into effect,
  • the Company becomes aware of any risk to public safety or regulatory breach.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes repeated and ongoing confirmation of adherence to this Policy.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By creating an account, uploading any content or maintaining an active listing, the Company unconditionally confirms that it has:

  • read and understood this Policy in full,
  • accepts all legal responsibilities contained herein,
  • waives any claim against the Platform related to product legality or enforcement,
  • agrees that non-compliance results in immediate membership termination without refund and may require legal escalation.
