Kat, Çankaya/Ankara, (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data of users (“User”, “you”, “your”) of our AI-powered search and business discovery platform (the “Platform”). This Policy applies to all Platform visitors, individual members, Listing Company members, business users, mobile or web application users, and any individual or entity that interacts with the Platform worldwide.

By accessing or using any part of the Platform or Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue all access to and use of the Services immediately.

1 COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
When you access or use the Platform, we collect information about you from multiple sources, as described below.
1.1. Information You Provide to Us Directly

Contact Information
Name, company name, business title, email address, phone number, and, where voluntarily provided, geographic location. We use this information to administer your account and communicate with you, including (where legally required) sending marketing communications only with consent.
Account Information
Username, token balance or membership type, user role (individual user or company member). This information is necessary to establish and secure access to your account.
Payment Information
Transaction amount, billing address, payment currency and method (collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store raw card information). This information is used to process purchases and refunds, if applicable.
Product Listing and Listing Company Information
For Company Members who publish listings on the Platform, information such as product names, descriptions, images, catalogues, certifications, and contact details may be collected and displayed publicly. Publication of this information is voluntary and may contain personal data associated with the Listing Company; by submitting such information you acknowledge and accept public display.
Service Interaction Information (AI Inputs and Outputs)
Queries, prompts, search terms or materials you submit to the Platform’s AI Engine (“Input”) and the resulting responses (“Output”). Depending on your Input, this content may contain personal or business information. This information is used to operate the AI Engine and return results to you. If you choose to make any AI-generated content publicly available or share it with third parties, you acknowledge that such content may be stored or used without your control.

Information provided via email, support requests, contact forms or other direct communications.
1.2. Information We Collect Automatically
We and certain authorized third parties automatically collect certain information when you interact with the Platform (“Usage Data”), using cookies and similar technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include:

3 AI Data Processing — Input & Output
As part of the Services, Users may submit information (“Input”) to the AI Engine, which generates responses (“Output”).
- Input may be processed for service delivery, fraud prevention and improvement of the Platform
- Users remain fully responsible for any unlawful Input
- Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; the Platform does not guarantee its accuracy
- Output should not be relied on for legal, financial, investment or commercial decisions
- We do not sell Input or Output data to third parties
4 Information We Do Not Use for AI Training
Unlike some AI models and services, we do not use or disclose User Inputs, Listing Company Member listing information, account information or email/calendar data (if connected) to train or fine-tune AI models, except where legally required or where we rely on de-identified / anonymized datasets.
If you synchronize email or calendar services with the Platform, we access such information only to provide the requested functionality and strictly in accordance with applicable API user-data restrictions.
5 Information Enrichment From Third-Party Business Databases
For the purpose of verifying business identities and ensuring the accuracy of publicly available contact information of Listing Company Members, we may obtain professional contact details from reputable third-party business information providers (“Business Information Providers”). Such information may include business email addresses, company domains and job titles that are associated with corporate entities and publicly accessible online.
We use this information only where it relates to a commercial or professional capacity, and only where it is lawfully made available by the relevant provider (for example, where permitted under applicable data protection laws, legitimate interest assessments, or “business-to-business” exemptions).
We do not acquire or collect private or personal email addresses that are not disclosed or intended for professional contact.

6 COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

- Advertising Partners: Entities that assist in the delivery or measurement of advertising, where legally permitted

- Corporate Transaction Parties: Prospective or successor purchasers, investors or transferees in the case of a merger, acquisition, divestiture, financing or business reorganization, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections

8 SOCIAL FEATURES
The Platform may include features that enable interaction with third-party platforms, such as Youtube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram or other social networks (“Social Features”). These features may allow you to share content from the Platform or engage with our content on those platforms. If you use Social Features, information you post or make visible may be publicly displayed and may be collected by the relevant third-party platform.
We and the third-party platform may each receive information about your interaction with both services. Activities through Social Features are subject to this Privacy Policy and to the privacy policies of the relevant third-party platform.
9 THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications or platforms. If you follow those links, you will be redirected to services that are not controlled by us. 10 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Platform is intended only for persons 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 21 years old and do not permit their use of the Platform.
If we become aware that a user under 21 has created an account or submitted personal information, we will delete the information and close the account. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child may have provided information may contact us using the details below.

12 Automated Decision-Making and Profiling (GDPR Art. 22)
The Platform may use algorithmic tools to tailor search results, prioritize listings and optimize relevance based on user interactions. However, we do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely based on automated processing.

13 Data Retention (GDPR Art. 5(1)(e))
We retain personal data only for as long as strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law.
As a general rule, and unless a different period is mandated by legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, anti-fraud or dispute-resolution requirements, personal data collected through the Platform is retained for a maximum of one (1) year from the date of the User’s last activity on the Platform. After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted, anonymized or otherwise irreversibly de-identified.
